Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped.Β The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes. Note: Most orders can be cancelled withinΒ 30 minutes.Β Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds And Returns

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

20% Restocking FeeΒ will be charged on all other returns.

  • Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns too.
  • Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be less than 70% full on return will be charged to your account.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Sale items (if applicable)

*YouΒ must submit refund requests withinΒ 7 days of delivery orΒ 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by visiting the Return Portal page.

**To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
